1897. Deputy Máire Devine asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to assist with a complaint submitted to the Property Services Regulatory Authority (details supplied). [61797/26]

Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage

I wish to advise that the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) does not have a remit in respect of the actions of an Owners Management Company.

At present, the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration and his Department continues to have responsibility for the oversight of OMCs and related regulations.

The Programme for Government committed to moving the responsibility for the MUDs Act to my Department to streamline support for OMCs and improve oversight and it is expected to transfer in due course.
