Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health the number of referrals to (details supplied) in each year from 2021 to 2025 which resulted in an onward referral instead of admission; the reasons for referral; whether the referral was to (details supplied), a HSE service or another external service; the type of service or treatment setting each person was referred to; the number of persons who exited residential treatment before completion in each year; the circumstances or reasons recorded for such exits; whether the HSE records, reviews and monitors the reasons an exit before completion; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
