Deputy Sorca Clarke asked the Minister for Health the number of persons waiting for HSE-funded addiction counselling services in each RHA, in each of the past five years; the average and longest waiting time; the waiting time bands; the referrals received; the treatment commencements, in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
