I wish to advise the Deputy that, while most languages are translated only as necessary, the Department does routinely engage services for the translation and interpretation of Irish and Irish Sign Language, in accordance with the requirements and spirit of the Irish Language Act and our other policies concerning the use of Gaeilge.
