The final report of phase 2 of the Land Use Review, entitled 'A Living Land', and associated supporting reports / documents were published on Gov.ie by the 3 responsible Ministers (the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Martin Heydon, and the Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Christopher O'Sullivan and myself) on 2 July 2026.
