356. Deputy Cormac Devlin asked the Minister for Health to provide an update on an ongoing industrial dispute (details supplied). [66084/26]

SIPTU members employed in St Joseph’s Centre, Shankhill voted in favour of a proposal put forward by the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) on 7th August bringing an end to this long-running dispute over pay and grading.

I welcome this decision and acknowledge the commitment shown by both parties in maintaining a constructive working relationship and hope that the progress made will continue to support a positive outcome for staff, residents, and their families.
