Tourism Ireland is the organisation with responsibility for marketing the island of Ireland overseas as a compelling holiday and Business Events destination. Tourism Ireland is active in 15+ key markets across Great Britain, North America, Mainland Europe, Australia and nascent markets.

High profile sporting events e.g., The Open returning to Royal Portrush in the summer of 2025, the Ryder Cup taking place at Adare Manor in 2027 and the Aer Lingus College Football Classic series provide Tourism Ireland with a unique opportunity to highlight the island of Ireland as a wonderful holiday destination, as well as a top location for sporting events.
