Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Health the number of hospitals and clinical sites required to certify compliance with the Public-Only Consultant Contract 2023; the number which have completed such certification; the number where non-compliance has been identified; the number of consultants identified as undertaking private work on public sites contrary to the terms of their contract; the number operating under an exemption, derogation or transitional arrangement; and the remedial or financial action taken, by hospital or clinical site, in tabular form.
