The AI Summit is being organised on a cross-government basis, with relevant Departments and public bodies contributing to its delivery.

I’m informed by officials in my Department that the overall budget for the International AI Summit has not yet been finalised. At this stage, €341,000 has been allocated from the EU Presidency budget from within my Department. Given the nature and scale of the event, my enterprise agencies, Enterprise Ireland and IDA Ireland have also provided expertise and support, within their existing budgets.

The final expenditure incurred in respect of the International AI Summit will be confirmed following the conclusion of the event once all associated costs have been discharged and the necessary financial reconciliation has been completed.
