Deputy Grace Boland asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration whether the Courts Service is examining the use of artificial intelligence, automation or other digital technologies in the processing of probate applications to reduce administrative workload, identify incomplete or erroneous applications and improve processing times and increase efficiency; if so, the areas in which such technologies are being considered; and the anticipated timeline for their introduction.
