Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether the HSE maintains a central record of allegations of sexual abuse or sexual harassment arising in HSE-run or HSE-funded facilities; if not, the reason; whether she will direct the establishment of such a record; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
