Deputy Liam Quaide asked the Minister for Health the number of clinical incidents recorded at Bloomfield Hospital in each of 2024, 2025 and to date in 2026 relating to choking, aspiration, dysphagia, modified diets or feeding; and the number that resulted in transfer to an acute hospital.
