My Department does not comment on individual cases except to say that reviews conducted on payment claims are not confined to any particular scheme but form an inherent part of the Department’s financial and governance processes.  Unless instructed otherwise, payment claims may continue to be submitted for sanctioned tuition while a review is ongoing. Any outstanding claims will be addressed once the review has been finalised.
