The Members' pensions unit is responsible for the administration of the pension schemes for Members.
The policy for pensions and termination arrangements is the responsibility of the Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform. Pension entitlements vary as the schemes, service of Members and salaries differ for each Member depending on the first date of election.
