Deputy Ciara Conway asked the Minister for Health when Waterford University Hospital will have a full 24-7 cardiology service; if he will confirm that the required expertise will be on hand at all times and that budgets exist to provide a full support staff, nursing staff, NCHDs and so on; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
