252. Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if he will provide a schedule of all contracts they have and/or had with a company in the past 25 years to date (details supplied); the agreed contract cost; the ultimate contract cost including extras, design changes, conciliation, claims etc; project name/title; and the name of the body responsible for the delivery of projects where responsibility has been devolved. Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment

I can confirm that my Department has had no contracts with BAM construction and subsidiaries and companies under the BAM group. The buildings occupied by my Department are either owned or leased on our behalf by the Office of Public Works and the engagement of contractors to carry out any works is the responsibility of the Office of Public Works.
