315. Deputy Michael Lowry asked the Minister for Health the provisions in place for persons who are on the waiting list for community eye services in the Cashel and Clonmel area of County Tipperary; if individuals on the waiting list have been contacted to inform them that there is no longer an ophthalmologist in the area; if these cases will be referred to other ophthalmologists within the HSE, while waiting for full services to be restored; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
