Deputy Ged Nash asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform to provide an updated copy of the "Instructions to HR Managers on the Staffing of Ministerial Office" produced for the incoming Government; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform

Guidelines on the Appointment of Ministerial Personal Staff for the 34th Dáil are currently being finalised by my Officials. Once agreed by Government the ‘Instructions to HR Managers on the Staffing of Ministerial Offices’ will then be circulated to Departments and will also be published on Gov.ie.
