Deputy Matt Carthy asked the Minister for Health if an early intervention in psychosis (EIP) service operates within Cavan Monaghan Mental Health Service; the date that this EIP service was established; the number of users that have been referred to this service in each month since its establishment; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
