294. Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Justice the number of deportation orders issued to non-EEA nationals under section 3 of the Immigration Act 1999 for 2022, 2023, 2024 and to date in 2025, in tabular form; the number of those orders that were challenged by way of litigation to the High Court to prevent the removal of non-EEA nationals from the state; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
