Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Justice the number of deportation orders issued in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 to date; the number of those orders were challenged by way of litigation to the High Court to prevent the removal of non-EEA nationals from the state; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
