Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage whether the approximately 7,100 hectares of undeveloped land identified on the 2025 Residential Zoned Land Tax maps is sufficient to support the delivery of 303,000 homes to 2030 when realistic density levels are applied; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
