Deputy Gary Gannon asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration if he is aware that all longer-term supported transitional housing options for victims and survivors of domestic, sexual and gender-based violence have been removed, including the previous 18-month Sonas model; if he will outline when, the reason and by whom this decision was taken; and how this aligns with the commitment under Pillar 2 of the Zero Tolerance Strategy to provide both short- and long-term domestic sexual and gender-based violence accommodation. I propose to take Questions Nos. 648, 649, 650 and 654 together.

Combatting all forms of domestic, sexual and gender-based violence (DSGBV) and ensuring that victims and survivors receive the support and care they need is an absolute priority for me. Cuan, the statutory domestic, sexual and gender-based violence (DSGBV) agency is committed to providing safe and accessible accommodation and support services for victims and survivors of DSGBV.

As the Deputy's question relates to work being carried out under the remit of Cuan, I have referred it to the Agency for direct response.
