Introduction of the Renewable Heat Obligation (RHO) is a key objective for me, as Minister. Priority drafting of the RHO Bill 2025 is now underway with an expected completion date in early 2026. Once finalised, I intend to submit the final scheme for Government approval to publish and to ensure its timely enactment in 2026.
