I propose to take Questions Nos. 738, 739 and 740 together.

Management of the courts is the responsibility of the judiciary and Courts Service, which are independent in exercising their functions under the Courts Service Act 1998 and the Constitution.

To be of assistance, officials in my Department sought the information requested by the Deputy from the Courts Service, however it has not been possible to collate this information in the time available. I will write to the Deputy directly once the information is to hand.
