View answerThe data requested by the Deputy is not held by my Department but is compiled annually by the Higher Education Authority and published on its website at https://hea.ie/funding-governance-performance/funding/student-finance/fund-for-students-with-disabilities/. Here it is possible to extract data on the institution, domicile, level and the broad field of study, but not the individual programme the student is undertaking. However, the available data gives a very good indication of the distribution of international students and the areas of study where they participate.
