View answerAs the Deputy will be aware, the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015, provides for the establishment and maintenance of a publicly accessible register of lobbying. Responsibility for the implementation of the Lobbying Act 2015, including implementation of the register, rests with the Standards Commission. It is the responsibility of those engaged in lobbying activities, including any relevant non-governmental organisations, to make returns to the Standards Commission.
