Deputy Paul Nicholas Gogarty asked the Minister for Health if there are grounds to examine whether the HSE’s actions in relation to the scope of an inquest (details supplied), as raised during Leader's Questions on 27 January 2026, could constitute undue interference contrary to the public interest; the basis for that view.
