159. Deputy Claire Kerrane asked the Minister for Health to provide an update on ongoing reviews into maternity care at Portiuncula University Hospital; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [27848/26]

There are twelve external incident reviews into the care of women and their babies in Portiuncula University Hospital (PUH) from late 2023 to July 2025. Nine of the reviews have been completed and shared with families.

Three reviews are progressing and the indicative timeline for completion of these incident reviews is by end of Quarter 2, 2026.
