Amharc ar fhreagraThere are twelve external incident reviews into the care of women and their babies in Portiuncula University Hospital (PUH) from late 2023 to July 2025. Nine of the reviews have been completed and shared with families.
Three reviews are progressing and the indicative timeline for completion of these incident reviews is by end of Quarter 2, 2026.
