Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether any medicines were removed from, or had their reimbursement status altered within, the Primary Care Reimbursement Service systems in 2024 and 2025 which resulted in rejected claims; and to provide details of such medicines and the dates of change [28070/26]

Under the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013, the HSE has statutory responsibility for decisions on the pricing and reimbursement of medicines and medical devices; therefore, the matter has been referred to the HSE for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
