23. Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade the number of protected disclosures that have gone missing or have been compromised that have been submitted to her Department or State bodies that are responsible to her Department. [32288/26]
View answerMy Department has robust procedures in place for the receipt and management of reports made under the Protected Disclosures Act 2014, as amended in 2022.
All reports are managed in accordance with the Act, including ensuring secure and confidential reporting channels for the receipt of reports. I am satisfied that no protected disclosures have gone missing or been compromised in my Department.
There are no State bodies under the aegis of my Department.
