I propose to take Questions Nos. 707, 708 and 709 together.

My Department does not operate any ice production facilities.

An Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM), which was established under the Sea Fisheries Act, 1952, is a state agency that helps to develop the Irish seafood industry by providing technical expertise, business support, funding, training, and promoting responsible environmental practice. As part of these functions, BIM may sell or supply ice according to section 15 (1) (b) of this act.

I have referred the Deputy's request for details to BIM for attention and direct reply.
