View answerUnder the Road Safety Authority Act 2006, the Road Safety Authority (RSA) has statutory responsibility for the National Driver Testing Service, including all testing and scheduling matters. Neither I nor my Department hold information on, nor have the have the power to intervene in, individual cases
I understand that the Deputy has engaged with the RSA in relation to this matter and received direct replies on 5 and 18 May.
