Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 539 of 19 February, whether any formal audit, review, or retrospective governance assessment has been undertaken concerning the development and approval process associated with the National Gender Service Model of Care 2018 and the associated consultant psychiatry post referenced.
