Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether the HSE maintains a formal documentary retention policy governing records relating to the National Gender Service Model of Care 2018, Consultant Applications Advisory Committee submissions, and associated governance approvals; and the applicable retention period.
