The cross-departmental implementation structures for the National Human Rights Strategy for Disabled People 2025-2030 are embedded in the strategy itself. The Delivery and Monitoring Committee, chaired by An Taoiseach, oversees the development and delivery of the strategy commitments and actions. My Department co-leads the Employment Pillar of the Strategy, alongside the Department of Social Protection. Other participating Departments are the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation, in respect of the employment of disabled people in the public sector, and the Department of Children, Disability and Equality.

Employment activation measures for disabled people are a matter for my colleague, the Minister for Social Protection.
