Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment

My Department’s core capital ceiling for 2027 is set at €1.049bn. Of this, €647 million in carbon tax funding (62% of the capital allocation) will be allocated to the SEAI Residential and Community Retrofit programme. This is an increase of €89 million on the Programme’s 2026 allocation.
