Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality to provide details regarding any audit or quality control applied to a company (details supplied) for any work carried out on behalf of her Department or any of her Department’s agencies; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Children, Disability and Equality

Supervised Access Ireland have not, and do not, provide services to this Department. They have, in the past, provided services to Tusla. I am advised that Tusla has not used the services of this company since 2024.

In these circumstances the Department has not conducted any audits.
