Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality to provide details regarding any audit or quality control applied to a company (details supplied) for any work carried out on behalf of her Department or any of her Department’s agencies; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Supervised Access Ireland have not, and do not, provide services to this Department. They have, in the past, provided services to Tusla. I am advised that Tusla has not used the services of this company since 2024.

In these circumstances the Department has not conducted any audits.
