Deputy Paul Nicholas Gogarty asked the Minister for Health whether consideration is being given to the development of a national framework to support access to GPS locating technology and other assistive safeguarding devices for vulnerable children who are assessed as being at significant risk of wandering or absconding; whether any pilot projects or reviews are underway in this area.
