View answerUnder the Policing, Security, and Community Safety Act 2024 the Garda Commissioner is by law responsible for all operational policing matters, including the management and administration of the PULSE system.
I have been informed by the Garda authorities that the following offence codes under the Control of Horses Act 1996 exist in PULSE.
