Under the Policing, Security, and Community Safety Act 2024 the Garda Commissioner is by law responsible for all operational policing matters, including the management and administration of the PULSE system.
I have been informed by the Garda authorities that the following offence codes under the Control of Horses Act 1996 exist in PULSE.
