Deputy Paul Murphy asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration further to Parliamentary Question No. 318 of 25 September 2025, to clarify the way in which the Chief State Solicitors Office has engaged with the solicitor of an individual, as the individual's solicitors have confirmed they have had no contact with the Chief State Solicitors Office; and if he will provide an update on the progress of an ex-gratia payment to the person in question.
