In line with the Protected Disclosures Acts 2014 and 2022, the Department of the Taoiseach and the National Economic and Social Development Office (NESDO) - the only agency under the aegis of the Department - have established dedicated reporting channels to facilitate workers or former workers in reporting potential wrongdoing.

Neither the Department nor NESDO have received any protected disclosures from workers or former workers in the period since the commencement of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 to date.
