Our protocol experts facilitate the smoothest experience when dignitaries visit our national Parliament.
The protocol team's main function is to manage the visits of high-level international delegations to the Houses of the Oireachtas.
The team also supports other units that are arranging large-scale conferences; makes arrangements for books of condolence for members, staff and visitors to sign; and manages the Houses of the Oireachtas stock of flags for interior display on official visits by international delegates.
The team is an integral partner in many of Parliament's international parliamentary relations.
