Social and digital

The team has a varied role within the wider communications unit, with primary responsibility for social media, photography, merchandise, graphic design and the corporate identity and branding guidelines for Parliament.

The team creates day-to-day parliamentary business content for sharing across the various platforms, including X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Flickr.

The social and digital team also manages the annual National Bravery Awards, Comhairle na Míre Gaile, ceremony in collaboration with the press and public relations office, Oireachtas TV and other business sections within Parliament.
