Ag cur le rannpháirtíocht daoine faoi mhíchumas
Sa tuarascáil seo, breathnaíonn an Coiste ar an gcaoi nach féidir le daoine faoi mhíchumas a bheith rannpháirteach i réimsí éagsúla den saol ach amháin má chaitear leo mar dhaoine a bhfuil an cumas acu smaoineamh agus maireachtáil go neamhspleách agus mar dhaoine ar féidir leo cur leis an tsochaí.
