Pre-Legislative Scrutiny Report
The Committee has published its report on pre-legislative scrutiny of the General Scheme of the Planning and Development and Foreshore (Amendment) Bill 2022.
In scrutinising the proposed legislation, the Committee focussed on five Heads of the General Scheme which were of interest and require further consideration or amendment before the Bill is introduced.
