Ceist:279 Mr. McGrath asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when funds will be made available to Westmeath County Council to enable the sewerage plant at Kinnegad, County Westmeath, to be upgraded to facilitate further housing development in this rapidly growing town and in view of the fact that this is priority one for Westmeath under the development lands initiative; and when works will commence.
